speak to Hal in person and he'll develop a program tailored to you and your team.          

Things you should consider:

	Is your group looking for a "fun day" outing or "more than that"?
	A "fun day" outing is excellent if you are looking for general stress relief and/or looking to give staff a reward for a certain "job well done". Paintball is a great way to put smiles on faces for  weeks later... expect "mock battles" in the hallways as they re-live their personal adventures.
	"More than that" means you are looking for a way to increase productivity. Bottom line is: Investing in your most important resource, your people, can be "the" one critical  element that can pull your numbers upwards. You could be: - trying to spark some enthusiasm to revitalize your team. - wanting different departments to "relax" and work better together. - planning to start of a sales campaign with a Bang.  - having troubles with motivating initiative. - simply trying to increase communication. - experiencing difficulties with chain of command or respect thereof. - needing a unique delivery method for a new product line or company concept.
